In 2007 NBC Lesotho Insurance Company Limited opened offices in Maseru was appointed to provide Administration, Consulting and Actuarial services to the Public Officer's Defined Contribution Pension Fund (PODCPF). NBC established a local partnership with Musapelo Investment Holdings, a Basotho women's investment consortium. Our Basotho employees supported by our South African head office, provide the administration of the funds locally in Maseru. In 2011, NBC established an Umbrella Retirement Fund for small to medium sized employers in Lesotho. This fund provides funeral, death and disability benefits, in addition to retirement benefits.
