We are a government/public organisation that provides a comprehensive health care service which includes HIV, AIDS, TB related treatment, care and support services. We are a specialist facility which provides care for the intellectually and physically disabled. We provide occupational therapy services to patients. We refer patients to Cullinan ART Clinic for antiretroviral (ARV) treatment initiation and on-going treatment. We serve daily meals to inpatients and we have a doctor in attendance every day. A social worker is available to help people apply for social grants, identity documents and birth certificates. We offer treatment for opportunistic infections and provide assessments and referrals for people with mental health issues. We perform medical male circumcisions (MMC). We are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Our services are free of charge.
