The Institute of People Management (IPM) Eswatini is an organization dedicated to the human capital profession, committed to the management and development of human potential and providing effective leadership, access to appropriate knowledge, information and the opportunity to network.The Institute of People Management is the umbrella body for Human Resources Practitioners in Eswatini. The Institute of People Management (IPM) Eswatini is an official organ representing human resource professionals in Eswatini. It was established in 1968 as Eswatini Association of Training Officers (SATO). The Institute was founded by expatriate personnel officers at Usutu Pulp Company in 1968.
