Terms of usage
Before using the SADCGOV™Gold Status accreditation logo, carefully review and adhere to the terms outlined below. Violating these terms could lead to legal consequences or loss of accreditation privileges. If in doubt, contacting the accrediting organization directly for clarification on logo usage guidelines is advisable.
Authorized Use:
Usage of logo is permitted for websites and all other forms of marketing materials, both print and digital.
Permitted Modifications:
The SADCGOV™ Gold Status accreditation shall, under no circumstances, be edited in any way.
Duration of Use:
For 12 consecutive months from date of permission being granted for the use of the accreditaion logo
Compliance and Restrictions:
Any entity permitted to use the SADCGOV™ Gold Status accredition logo must refrain from doing so in a misleading or deceptive manner, or associating it with products or services that haven't been accredited.
Termination of Use:
SADCGOV™ accrediting body reserves the right to revoke permission for logo use in the event of violation of terms, inaccurate representation, or non-renewal of accreditation.
Indemnification and Liability:
Unauthorized use of the SADCGOV™ Gold Status accreditation logo will result in a lawsuit against the offending party.
Ownership and Intellectual Property:
The SADCGOV™ Gold Status accreditation logo remains the property of the accrediting organization - SADC Government Online™, and the user does not gain any ownership rights by using it.
